The RACV Energy Breakthrough Program encourages students,

teachers, parents and the community to work together to design and
build a Human Powered Vehicle (HPV) that will represent a ‘Energy
Breakthrough’.
Staff and students at Dingley Primary School are
committed to working together throughout the year to design, build and
test the vehicles. People involved with the program even put aside a
few hours of their weekend to practice. These groups take
their vehicles and machines to Maryborough in November, along with
many other schools in Victoria where they show all their hard

work by racing their creations.
The RACV is a fantastic initiative
which is highly appreciated and an event that we look forward to every
year!
The photos on the right show our two HPV cars, ‘Stealth’ and
‘Devils’.
